Medicare: What to do, and when to do it

When you think about Medicare, it can make your head spin. Part A, Plan A, Part B, Plan B, Plan F, Plan G, Part C, Part D… whoa! Stop the presses. The good news is that there is an Oklahoma-based Insurance Agency that specializes in Medicare

and can help you understand “what to do, and when to do it”.

MedicarePrepare® is a group of over 300 Licensed and Certified Insurance Agents who are trained in the ‘rules of the road’ when it comes to Medicare planning. In OKC, Richard Divilbiss manages the Quail Springs Mall branch office and David Lancaster manages the branch office at Sooner Mall in Norman. They can be reached at (405) 260-9008.

One of the wonderful things about MedicarePrepare® is that the Agents are Independent and are well versed in a wide range of plans, like Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, and Part D Drug Plans.

The Agents can also help with Under-65 Health Insurance Plans from a variety of carriers. Because the insurance carriers pay the Agents directly, there are no additional fees for our services. Annual Enrollment for Medicare Advantage Plans and Drug Plans start October 15th and go through December 7th. This is the time that millions of Seniors will either enroll in a new plan or change to a different plan.

Because plans and benefits can change each year, we recommend speaking to a trained Agent in the fall each year to verify these changes and make adjustments where necessary. Upon review of your individual plan, we may recommend a plan change or that you remain with the plan you are currently enrolled in.

MedicarePrepare® Associates will give you straight answers that could help save you a lot of time, headaches, and money. You may be turning 65 soon, or maybe you qualify for Medicare due to a disability. Or maybe you are moving to a new county or you may be on both Medicare and Medicaid, these are all reasons that you may be able to change plans throughout the year and not have to wait until fall. Give us a call and let’s talk about your options. Call MedicarePrepare® at (405) 260-9008.
